ZZSINO produces a wide range of micro-hole products, especially micro nozzles, with hole diameter up to 0.1mm used in electronics industry for tin ball-based laser jet soldering.

The tin ball-based laser jet soldering is currently more and more widely used in the electronics industry, where solder ball jet nozzle is required to be high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant.

Tungsten carbide micro nozzle is used to jet tin ball of 200μm-900μm, with popular sizes of 200μm, 250μm, 300μm,350μm,400μm,450μm,500μm,550μm,600μm and 750μm. The nozzle is required to be highly finished and smooth in inner hole in order to avoid tin-sticking and blocking at the hole opening.

ZZSINO is able to provide custom nozzles with inner hole finish Ra0.2, Ra0.4, Ra0.8, Ra1.6, etc., suitable for tin ball-based laser jet soldering, hot and cold powder spraying, sandblasting spray, fluid liquid spraying and so on., with hole tolerance ±0.002mm.
