Aug 3rd, ZZSINO successfully produced solid carbide boring bar blanks with centering hole at one side only, a milestone that ZZSINO is able to supply all configurations of boring bar blanks like blank with chisel end, with centering holes at both ends and one end, with through hole, with screws etc.

Solid carbide boring bar shank is mainly used for boring and in the form of a carbide rod, currently also more and more widely used for PCBN&PCD tipped end mills. ZZSINO is supplying solid carbide boring bar blank in the form of carbide rod with or without positioning holes or internal screws, diameter ranging from 8mm to 32mm and length ranging from 112mm to 355mm, at lower cost by using economical carbide grade and faster delivery by strong ability of preforming.
